I am in love with all the delicious options of soups! I work near the Yorkdale location and I have to say not only is the food out of this world but the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I am so delighted to see that there is a location near my house so I can get the best soup I have ever tasted whenever I want!

Based on customer reviews, Bamboo Caribbean Kitchen serves phenomenal Jamaican and Caribbean food. The oxtail with white rice is absolutely delicious, and the jerk chicken is good. The red peas soup and fried dumplings are really good. The curry goat patties are described as the best thing ever, and the festivals are huge, fluffy, and super fresh. Everything is super fresh and delicious. The ackee and saltfish is also amazing. The food reminds some of the Caribbean. The customer service is excellent, with issues fixed quickly and professionally. However, the restaurant often runs out of menu items, and the website is a mess. The restaurant does not sell halal, which some customers appreciate.
