“So just like always I went in to get my regular drink. A Venti caramel Frappuccino extra whip extra caramel Cali style. I asked the barista if she could “Kill It With Caramel”! She smiled and agreed, and started typing into the computer screen. I asked her what is she doing? Is she typing that? She said yes, and we both laughed. I then waited patiently for my drink. And what did I receive? THE ABSOLUTE BEST DRINK I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY STARBUCKS!!! She literally “KILLED IT WITH CARAMEL!!! ❤️❤️❤️“
“I am a regular customer and Oh where to start??? They dont even ask what i want anymore because of the number of times im there a day and the respect shown every day is the reason i sometimes go out of my way just to attend this location, even if it is just to be a bother about the stickers/stoppers. Great staff at this location.I must say that some these other reviews are complete joke, You cant order ahead at this location, and its in Metro not Loblaws. If people wish to trash talk, maybe you all should get your facts straight.“

“A great location! The staff are warm and helpful. Be mindful that there are limited seats, so if you want to nab a spot with a charger, please arrive early. As well, the store does get cold during the winter, so please be mindful of that -- I tend to sit in the back of the store to avoid getting hit by a draft whenever someone enters or exits the store.“
“Customer service at this location is the perfect Customer experience, I had to write this review, Arvin hope I spelt the name correctly, took my order, and I just casually mentioned that they make my order the best at this location. Well to my surprise when I got to the pick window, order was upgraded to a larger size, how wonderful is that for great customer service. Just keep shining team Starbucks on Milner ....“
“I don’t go to this Starbucks very often as it’s normally out of the way but when I do the staff is always friendly and drinks are always make quickly and right. I went in today (my Starbucks app name is Glinda Upland, huge Wicked fan) the barista with the salt and pepper hair very kindly took a moment to draw Glinda (bubble and all) on my cup! Not only was my drink delicious, I was having a bit of a rough day and his decision to share his art with me put the biggest smile on my face!!!! It’s the little things that make the biggest difference in people’s day, I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend this location.“
