I often stop in, and no matter how busy it is, they always take the time to make me feel valued as a customer. Today was a perfect example, I had the pleasure of being served by Ellise, who went above and beyond. She suggested a new drink I hadn’t tried before, and she was so kind and patient in walking us through the flavors and what to expect. It made the whole experience feel personal and memorable.

I’m so grateful to have a place like this nearby with great people and the energy they bring. The work here is clearly hard and fast-paced, yet every single team member handles it with grace, professionalism, and kindness. That’s rare, and it deserves recognition. “I usually get the java frappuccino which is pretty good and made according to standard and is pretty good. The service is generally pretty good. Today on my birthday I got a special drink. “I am a regular customer and Oh where to start??? They dont even ask what i want anymore because of the number of times im there a day and the respect shown every day is the reason i sometimes go out of my way just to attend this location, even if it is just to be a bother about the stickers/stoppers. Great staff at this location.I must say that some these other reviews are complete joke, You cant order ahead at this location, and its in Metro not Loblaws. If people wish to trash talk, maybe you all should get your facts straight.“

“I had ordered on the app and noticed an item was missing only after I got home. When I called the branch to inform them of the error, Arvin assisted me and was absolutely amazing. He was straightforward in resolving the issue, offered me solutions, and even compensated me for the inconvenience. He also took the time to explain why the error occurred, which helped me feel understood.

When I returned to the store, Arvin greeted me warmly, let me know it was great to meet me, and immediately tended to my needs. He turned what started as a frustrating experience into a positive one. I truly appreciated his time, care, and professionalism. Thank you, Arvin!
