“Went there last night, i usually never go to subway as i always have bad experiences but the guy working last night was an amazing fella. Polite, friendly and made my sub as perfect as it comes, it was like watching an artist . Definitely recommend to go at night when he's around. Can't remember his name though but he told he works most nights there.

“The food is pretty good, service is also pretty quick. I usually don’t need to wait too long in line or for the order. Especially compared to some other food places on campus. You can usually tell that the staff are trying to be as efficient as possible in busy times and still have a very positive attitude. Great experience!“

“I haven't had a problem eating here. Came a couple of times, it is pretty busy in the afternoon, and there will be a lineup during lunch time with only 1 person behind the counter. If you place a pickup order during lunch time expect to wait to the full extent of the wait time. I usually eat in, tables are usually not occupied unless it is in the afternoon, maybe 1 other person.“

“I want to give a shout out to Reza (2873) located at Midland/kingston Rd. Very polite and professional service. Normally the service is forgettable sadly as most are dismissive but Reza had a fantastic way about him and charming. I manage a team of investors for my job and Reza would belong in that environment. Subway should feel very lucky having Reza in their team. I’ll be honest he should be teaching staff how to interact with customers because if every staff member was like him the company would look different, for the better. “Came here on Sunday june 22nd and spent $52. And went to the beach 2.5 hrs away. The sandwich was not made correctly. We came back the next day to explain and we were ignored and told it wasn't made bad. From the same lady. And told we should have came back the same time. Another woman from the back came from the back and helped us. The second lady was kind and helpful. While the other woman came to threaten me to call Subway so I just turned to the reviews instead. Pls subway at Morningside and sheppard train your employees to have better customer service. Side note:the lady from yesterday, never changed her gloves or cleaned the knife in between sandwiches.“
