There is a person who manages this place, I would say thank you for such a service.
Twice now they have forgotten or delayed my order and then gotten it horribly wrong (ordered a non-spicy food and got the habenero version). Not just 'no chipotle' and they put chipotle, I mean my mouth was burning so much it was practically inedible. Look I know my spice tolerance is pretty low, but when something is that spicy you'd think they'd be a little more careful and considerate to people who can't handle it. On top of that they completely forgot my order a separate time....read full review

Tim Hortons is a popular restaurant known for its coffee and donuts. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful, taking the time to explain the menu and recommend options. The food is described as "standard (in a good way)" by customers, and the service is exceptional, with the staff being very kind and always smiling. However, during busy times, particularly during lecture breaks, customers may feel rushed. The store's behind-the-counter area is very clean and well-organized, and the location is well-managed.
The workers are described as very hardworking, but there is a need to hire more staff, especially during the fall and winter semesters when the lines and waiting times can get extremely long. Despite the stress, the workers remain friendly and hospitable, and one employee, Miss Mittu, is praised for her courteousness and sociability.
