“Food was excellent good prices. The service they seem to take a long time to give people food. That's the only downfall , some waitresses are a little rude. Or they just walk away from you i get it when it's busy, but still if someone needs to pay their bill and they walk away that's bad for business.“

“Not surprised, but after being there again Saturday evening (Sept. 28th), I left with nothing but admiration for both servers working that evening. Super friendly, most attentive and extremely professional....both of them!! Wings were absolutely amazing as well!!“

“As an older resident of St Catharines the only complaint I would mention is the God awful noise ...The younger generation love this I assume but I dont .We try and go at off times so its a bit quieter or sit in the back room . that helps ...BUT food and service always excellent !!“

“Sooooo yummy!! My boyfriend and I went past 9pm and all appetizers were half off which was such a great deal!! We got the nachos to start and I got the Spiked Tea. The nachos were genuinely some of the best nachos we’ve ever had, they were sooo delicious!! The spiked tea was also really good! I got the filet mignon with lobster tail as well which was pretty good, honestly not my fav filet mignon but still great!! We also got dessert and we’re still raving about it. It was soo good!“

“We came to Jack Astors on thx giving Monday night with a group of 16 ppl.
I had called ahead about an hour before and they said that it wasn’t a problem coming in.
Krista was our server and was absolutely amazing. We had 10 adults and 6 kids and the service/ food was great.“

“Had dinner there tonight food was amazing. Great presentation of the food. Best salad ive ever had in my life. Food came out quickly. Great service and server. Great atmosphere on patio. Highly recommend. It's now one of my favorite restaurants in Niagara region!“
