“Biked to St Jacob’s and found this small coffee shop and ice cream place. Had a cappuccino and a slice of the lemon cake, both delicious. The young woman serving was excellent, very friendly and helpful, checked which milk for the cappuccino and gave me a China cup when I told her that I’d stay in. There was a water station too where I could refill my water bottle. I will be back to try some of the breakfast sandwiches .“

I’ve been wanting to visit O Hime Cake for a long time, and today I finally got the chance—and it did not disappoint! This place truly lives up to its reputation as one of the best dessert spots in the KWC region.

The sponge cake is incredibly fresh and smooth, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that feels like a treat with every bite. Each flavor is so rich and well-crafted that it’s hard to stop at just one piece.

Never tried the cinnamon one, but I'm happy to keep coming back for the salted ones. It's the more popular choice and they continuously make a new batch every 5 minutes or so because it's that busy and popular. It's the perfect soft pretzel.
