“Atmosphere is unique and cozy. The bartenders - Amanda and Frank - were awesome as were their creative cocktail skills. Enjoyed one of the best Mai Tai's in years which had a unique ice cube block with slices of lime, orange and cherries frozen inside. So cool 🥂 Lovely place to enjoy a cocktail and light snack (the vegetarian croissant was delicious). We'll see you again soon 👍“

She greeted me with a big smile, took my order quickly, and made sure my drink was exactly the way I wanted. Even though it was busy, she stayed calm, polite, and professional. “First time coming to this Tim Hortons for a hockey card trade night. Fantastic experience. Owners were so welcoming and engaged with all traders as well as customers walking in. What a pleasant surprise to experience this atmosphere. A down home feel in the city of niagara falls.“

“Located in a large plaza with grocer and Rona hardware, so there's plenty of parking and room to move for my straight truck. I've always been able to just walk in order my black Pike and be out with an a minute or 2. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews but I'm not experiencing what I'm reading.“

“I enjoy this Dunkin Donuts. Every time im here inside or out, the service is always friendly and efficient. Big lines short waits, filled flavorful cups of Joe and breakfast food that keeps me favoring this coffee place on the island.
Some adjustments would be beneficial. 1) the bits are bigger and less expensive than Tim Hortins; just not as fresh.
2) if i get a flavored coffee, id like to taste a good mix.
Aside from this; i give the Grand Island Dunkin Donuts a 5 rating. Im never disappointed.
I am a fan and a customer as long as im a resident here. I also recommend them over other places.“

“I have come to this Tim hortons for years even after I moved away from it. I will make the drive. Some of the employees are like family, they take the time to remember my order and make sure it's right. They are always friendly and kind. It's feel s like home not a fast food place. I would rather come there then any other Tims, that's why I will go out of my way and make the drive. A huge shout out to Rhonda and Stephanie, as they're amazing ladies and a huge asset to your organization! Don't ever let them go.“
