“I have read the other reviews, and I think the service has improved. I always get quick, friendly service. My suggestion is that the receipt ink/paper be changed more often because the last few times I can't even read the digits on the receipt. Most times all the digits in the survey code are not completely visible because the ink is so faint. Don't send me to fill out a form like you have suggest to the others who have posted comments. Thank you.“

“I've seen many others here have had bad experiences at this location as many timmies has lost their reputation but this might be a good one.

I believe I went to this location at around 2pm. The staff was kind, friendly and they communicated properly. The quality of the cold brews I ordered were literally perfect in every way (which is so difficult to get what is advertised like foam and taste etc) and the timbits were standardly good. The reason i had a good experience might be due to the staff working that shift, so maybe give it a shot after lunch but I'll have to visit this location again to see. I just hope they're still working there whoever they are haha.“
