“Delicious drinks, clean, modern and spacious location. However, I’ve noticed this specific location puts less tapioca pearls in their drinks compared to other CoCo’s. I also wish it opened past 8 p.m.

Update: I go here regularly and there’s always only 1 staff member working and extremely long lineups. I waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks. The store manager really needs to hire more employees.“

Service was lovely, and the Chocolate Malt is always a goodie. Craved it, pitched the idea to my husband, and now I have one more thing to be grateful for this Thanksgiving Weekend :)“

“This has always been my go-to Chatime location because they make my drink perfectly every time. Their customer service the other day just solidified this being my favourite location. I was shaking my drink to stir it up and it slipped out of my hand and spilled all over the floor. I told the girl working there what happened and she was kind enough to replace it for free. I was already disappointed I lost my drink and worried I'd have to pay for another one. She was very sweet and I really appreciated it. The staff at this location make the best drinks and they also have the best customer service ?“
