With the online ordering process I made an error and every time I called the store to deal with the supervisor or manager and customer service people were very understanding. Everyone was very nice, flexible and very easy to work with. Especially considering the error was all on me with the online ordering and they had nothing to do with. They were still very accommodating and understanding.“

“We called to order our pizza for my son’s first birthday. They initially told us to call the day of his birthday (the next day) and order for delivery…. We called the next day on my son’s birthday and they couldn’t give us delivery until 4:00pm because delivery driver called in sick. That was a bummer since we had a house full of people I had to send someone 15 mins both ways to get the pizza for us. All in all the pizza was really good but was hoping the delivery part would have worked out better.“
