“Ordered panzos last night, order was messed up and ended up with bbq sauce inside and that is not what was ordered, called the store once we realized and they claim thats what was on the order...I have a picture of the order and no where says bbq sauce! Called customer service and they claimed the same thing! Well no where on my order does it say bbq! They sent a new one and charged us $19 for the replacement instead of trying to be helpful and fix the mess up! Absolutely unacceptable! “Made a reservation earlier this week for just over 40 ppl for my sons whole team. Very accommodating and very friendly! Got the kids order first before they started the adults!! My Alfredo was a bit dry (but could have just been personal preference), the whole team loved their meal!! Will definitely come again! Thank you again!!“

“i moved here couple months ago and after trying everywhere this is the only place in town i can find that doesnt regularly mess up your order .You will get food with almost too much toppings without ordering extra toppings, perfectly cooked , great price, even a grease protector underneath so whatever you set the box on doesn't stain what u set it on , and the mini table that i haven't seen in pizzas for decades to prevent box from being crushed.This place does the little and big things right .Cheers Thamesford pizza staff you guys rule !Thanks !“
