“I ordered takeout from Uber Eats, and the scrambled eggs with tomatoes were spoiled. The other braised lion head rice bowl also had some scrambled eggs with tomatoes, which was also spoiled. Both portions were inedible. That's outrageous. Let’s not talk about whether you will have diarrhea after eating it. It is outrageous that it is served hot and spoiled. I didn't know how many days it was left in the microwave, and then it was delivered directly after being microwaved, right?“

“Stepping through the door of this intriguing gem and it's like you've been transported into a Paris cafe from the late 1940's. I've only been 3 times but this is rapidly becoming my go-to place for a casual hangout. Whether the music played is from vintage recordings or from live musicians, it fits the mood. Doreen is the ideal hostess for a place like this. She crafts her liquid creations with love and care. Then when she buzzes over to your table with them you can see she enjoys the interaction with her customers/friends. A word of warning though, in keeping her intentions for creating an atmosphere suitable for conversation, weekend usage of laptop/notebook computers is strictly forbidden here on weekends. Btw, only having a peanut butter cookie (which was exactly like my mother's homemade version), I can't speak accurately for the food, but if it's anything on the level of that cookie... easily 5 stars.“

“Beautiful place, welcoming, bright and colourful, discovered by chance whilst walking, excellent for a snack with the children. A corner of Italian authenticity, the ice cream is delicious, with traditional and tasty flavours. If you want to drink a real espresso or a real cappuccino you won't be disappointed!“

“We've been there once. I know it's super popular in Port Dalhousie and you are lucky if you get a spot. We could only find one by the bar which was fine. I didn't really care where I was sitting. I was there for the food, which was pretty good. The service was good. It's a very noisy place as rhey only have a pretty full house from what I experienced and read. Otherwise, maybe a bit pricey? Last time I checked, they were open on really odd days of the week, so we didn't repeat. I keep seeing it there when I pass by. Maybe we'll go again one day.“

“This is simply some of the best gelato available anywhere. Carlotta has developed a painstakingly detailed process to make gelato that is rich, creamy, tasty, and simply delectable. There are many unique flavors and all of the staples, with products sourced from around the world to meal great gelato. eg. the Alphonso Mango flavor is derived from mangoes imported from Mumbai, India! Skip any of the other gelato and ice cream in NOTL and go to one of Carlotta's two locations! You will not be disappointed.“

“The restaurant and Carrie are so welcoming. I had a chocolate gelato while waiting for my freshly made panini. It was delicious and such a lovely treat on this hot day. I also had a delicious hazelnut iced latte. Then I had the most delicious veal parm panini, with extra sauce for dipping. I'd have drank the rest of the sauce if I was home alone! I finally got to try one of their delicious canolis too.“

“Best bubble tea in the city, so far in my opinion! You get the best quality for what you pay for, but on par with other typical bubble tea locations. Highly recommend the "mo' cha brown sugar milk tea", literally the most delicious bubble tea I've ever had. Quite delicious!!! I plan on trying the desserts next visit.“

“My bf and I love coming to this place as both the food and the waitresses are amazing. We take our almost 1 year old daughter here as the waitress are very attentive with her and polite. it was one of the only breakfast place around where I live but I am glad to have found it. “Went for tea with my friends. The service was attentive without being obtrusive. By far the three most generous tiers of any tea I have been too. This one was Harry Potter themed and had several themed items such as snitches and chocolate frogs. We all left with doggy bags and talks of plans to return.“

“We came for a spa weekend at White Oaks and took advantage of the Thursday dining special. We were celebrating my friend's birthday and they brought us a complimentary glass of champagne. They were very accommodating with my friend's allergy and the food was amazing. I would definitely go back.“

“Tried Caffe Gatti for the first time after driving by multiple times and always wanting to venture in! There are tons of sweet treats and pastries to choose from, all very fresh and tastey. Ordered some pizza and eggs & hashbrowns(didn’t get a picture as we ate it too quick!!), enjoyed very much the kind and prompt service. Will have to venture back next time in the area! “Easily the best and cheapest food in Welland. Friendly staff, both the servers and kitchen. Wednesday definitely the best day to go because it's not super busy like the weekends. You can get a turkey club at 7am and bacon and eggs at 1pm, it's great. Highly recommend, lots of parking too!Vegetarian options: Veggie omelette is pretty good. And the rancharo is also pretty good.Kid-friendliness: Don't have a kids menu, but they charge less if you get 1 pancake instead of 3.Parking: 2 full parking lots.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.“

I so love her work, that I ordered a bunch to bring with me to a friend’s wedding shower in NYC, and it did not disappoint (sorry no direct deliveries to the States). Everyone wanted to know where I got them- got compliments not just on their look but also on their delicious taste! I’m talking fresh, buttery richness not cheap nor stale. “Erinn and James catered our Niagara on the Lake June 2022 backyard wedding (40 guests). The service was quick and the starters ( my fave was the watermelon gazpacho) and mains and after hours pastries were amazing. They are both wonderful people and easy to work with.
