“The sourdough sandwiches are to die for. The crunchy yet spongy texture of the bread made every bite enjoyable. Also, their cakes and cookies were very good. Not overly sweet and you could taste the goodness. Also, the employees were very nice and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I will be returning again for more.“

“Super contenti di avervi trovati qui in Canada, durante la nostra luna di miele. “This is the only restaurant that my husband and I go to.
The food is awesome. And I love being able to try something new without being disappointed.
You're always greeted with a warm smile and a cheerful hello.
They are family oriented and that means a lot to me.
Great choices on the menu. They keep it simple, not confusing. Family specials and soup choices. They're reasonably priced too.
We always take something home for our daughter.
Absolutely love them. Stop by and have a meal. You won't be sorry.“

“Went above and beyond! I live in Ottawa and my daughter is studying at Brock. I called around a few days ago looking for a way to get her a birthday cake. One of the staff at Caffe Gatti said she would deliver it personally as I was worried about the condition if it went through a delivery service. Arrived today for her birthday and she is very excited to try the Lemon Cello w berries with her friends. Thank you! Very pleased!“

“We visited to celebrate my daughter's birthday! They went above and beyond to make her evening extra special! Our food was incredible and all the extra touches from birthday Champagne for a toast, palate cleansing treats between courses and of course great attention paid to our food allergies. We will definitely be back for the next celebration!!“

“A brand new café has just opened up! They kicked off the soft opening offering coffee, chickpeas salad, pasta, Ceasar's salad and soups on a weekly rotation. There's also some pastries and snacks. It is a great thing that Community Centre has a café again!“

“We stopped here for lunch. I had the grilled cheese sandwich. Delicious. My wife had the French onion soup. Good but could have been hotter. Service was great and all for a very reasonable price. Only 4 stars for atmosphere as it was also quite loud. If you are hearing challenged might want to avoid it at busy times. Reservation recommended.“
“The food and service were great for a brunch. Great selection. One issue: I need a good coffee with breakfast. The coffee that was served or available at the specialty coffee bar was not as good as the food served. This with a café in the lobby (Baci Café) served great coffee. Ostin's should serve this coffee. That explains seeing one of our servers filling their cup at the café. Otherwise great food, service and atmosphere.“
“It's was great. The ONLY complaint I had was the rude hostess. That's not a great "face" for a business. It's also not a good way to start out a dining experience. The waitress was amazing even though she was very busy. She worked hard. The atmosphere is super cute.“
