“We had a great experience at this Tim Hortons drive thru, thanks to Shovit! (Could be little wrong for the name) He was incredibly friendly, energetic, and welcoming. What really stood out was that he remembered us from our last visit, which made us feel genuinely valued as customers. He also made sure we got fresh steeped tea, and you could really taste the difference. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and Shovit made our visit a great one. “I saw a review saying Navdeep was rude, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. I’ve actually driven from another part of the city because her service is always so friendly and professional. She’s polite, respectful, and always greets customers with a smile. She handles busy times really well, stays calm under pressure, and makes sure orders are right. Honestly, she’s one of the best supervisors there—very hardworking and dedicated. It doesn’t seem fair to spread false information about her.“
“Come here in the afternoons almost every day. Staff is really friendly; knows my order (even the new ones). Not much to complain about, except for one or two people who harass for money, but the cops come somewhat quickly depending on the day, so it doesn't take out too much of the experience of coming here like I have for years.“
“What you get from Tim Hortons totally depends on staff and management at each particular location. For quick takeout food it can either be terrific or terrible. Some items are pretty pricey for what you get. Some locations lock the bathroom, which can be inconvenient. Overall it is generally pretty good at a competitive price point in comparison to other restaurants of the same ilk.“

“I love my experience at this Tim hortons! I always order the same thing, iced coffee with sweetener instead of cane sugar. Sometimes a sandwich or soup. They always get it right, and sometimes they’ll have it ready for me while I’m still waiting in line. Really makes my day as a mall worker much easier. 10/10, my favourite Tim’s in town.“

“To be honest the people here blew my mind in a good way. The ONLY Tim's in thunder bay that is friendly and courteous on the speaker. I leave there with a huge smile on my face every time.
They have made my coffee wrong twice but they are FAST at taking your order and other wise very accurate.
I would HIGHLY recommend this Tim's to family and friends and I cant wait to go back and order my next breakfast meal.

“In recent visits to Tim Hortons there is a sense of customer service and respect arising. Location face-lift in aesthetics and functionality has improved both client and employee morale. A cleaner and fresher environment uplifts the ambience for Cafe style elegance instead of a fast food frenzy. Smiles are bigger and energy is higher. They know my order so well that I don't even have to say it anymore. Sometimes I literally walk in and out within seconds because my order is already ready by the time I reach the counter.
