“Always go at night for my caffeine fix and the staff who work the window are always cheerful and provide excellent service, in the morning same thing in the shop and unlike some locations the Waterloo location has NEVER messed up my order. Hands down my favorite Tims location to visit by far“

“This was hands down the best Tim Hortons experience I’ve had in Canada. I was visiting from Toronto, and I left with such a full heart.

The team here is truly exceptional, so warm, friendly, and welcoming. A special shoutout to the manager, Gauri, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and happy. Her kindness, attention to detail, and the way she runs the store really stood out to me.

You can tell this team genuinely cares about their customers, and it shows in everything they do. This location sets the standard for what a Tim Hortons experience should be.

“What you get from Tim Hortons totally depends on staff and management at each particular location. For quick takeout food it can either be terrific or terrible. Some items are pretty pricey for what you get. Some locations lock the bathroom, which can be inconvenient. Overall it is generally pretty good at a competitive price point in comparison to other restaurants of the same ilk.“

“I stopped by this morning around 10:30 and ordered two sandwiches. The staff was really polite and friendly, as always. I’ve been coming here for the past three years, and they consistently get my sandwich order just right. Great service every time!“

“I always get my coffee and food from the drive-thru in the morning and I highly appreciate the girl name Simran works at the window . She did window very fast along with taking order too , so I asked my other friends to get their food from this drive-thru as it gets delivered quickly and it doesn't take much time at the window, so impressed by her hard work .“

“In recent visits to Tim Hortons there is a sense of customer service and respect arising. Location face-lift in aesthetics and functionality has improved both client and employee morale. A cleaner and fresher environment uplifts the ambience for Cafe style elegance instead of a fast food frenzy. Smiles are bigger and energy is higher. “Consistently bright and clean, especially since the renovation in 2025. I bring my girls for morning timbits pretty often and the staff there are so kind and welcoming to them, even when they’re pressing their faces to the glass case watching the timbits getting picked. We all know the parking lot situation can be tricky since the drive-thru lineup blocks the parked cars instead of going around, but if you’re going in, it’s a nice place to sit down.“
