TL;DR: the franchise owners or upper management seem to be cheaping out and short staffing this restaurant, not fixing the free wifi for at least a month (starting coming here a month ago), and the staff are going above and beyond with overcompensating. The service is excellent, the staff are well trained and always go the extra mile, even to make sure my tea bag tag is tucked into the coffee sleeve so it doesn’t dangle or get caught, the staff are recognizing me as a regular...read full review
