“Excellent and pleasant counter service. Wait time for our order was reasonable as well. The original burger did not disappoint however we made the mistake of ordering doubles and they were a little too substantial to finish so next time it will be singles. Onion rings stellar and cheesy fries pretty good too. Banana desert was a not bad but I think next time the lemon tart looks like a less rich and sweet option which might be a bit more doable after a single burger. Location is good proximity to Bud stage and Coca Cola coliseum.“

Not only was he super friendly and patient while we tried to decide what we wanted...but once he found out we were on our honeymoon he went out of his way to make us feel at home. He was happy to hear that people are still willing to take honeymoons and to see true love. I swear he was the friendliest person we met and he blessed us so much this visit. EDIT: Sadly, after getting home with the food, we discovered that one of the burgers did not get the extra pickles we requested, and the fries were pretty much all the wimpy little ends after eating the top layer of full-sized fries. That's just not cool.

“This is easily the best fast food spot downtown for me. The food is always hot and fresh, not like other places serving cold fries that’ve been sitting around and charge $16 for a combo

Prices are good compared to other fast food joints, but what keeps me coming back is how clean they are and how serious they are about food safety.

They wash their hands a lot, which I notice since I’m super germ-conscious. Only one time, I had to call out a guy who handled cash and then started packing food without washing his hands after. It seemed weird because I’d seen him wash his hands a few times before and after using the POS (no cash) while I was waiting to order.

Anyway, please keep up the hand-washing; it really stands out and matters to people like me who’ll ditch a place over one cross-contamination issue.

The workers are also nice and polite. This location is great and other franchises could learn a thing or two from them. 👍🏼“

Saw them being disrespect by the costumer because of the costumer mistakenly placed his wrong order and blamed to the staff.
