Based on customer reviews, CoCo Bubble Tea in Chinatown offers a spacious seating area with lots of chairs and tables, in-house WiFi, and wheelchair accessibility. The drinks are delicious, with a nice selection and many different flavors, including a very tasty taro slush that is delightfully sweet, surprisingly milky, and smooth. The hot milk tea is also noted. The service team is fast, welcoming, and patient in explaining promotions. However, the temperature inside the store is too high and quite stuffy, and orders may take longer as priority is given to Uber/Skip orders. Despite this, the drinks are worth the wait. The location is always busy and in a prime spot, with good deals every month, and is kid-friendly from ages 3 to 4. Vegetarian options like tea and dietary restrictions like drinks without sugar are available.
