Very dissappointed with a honey cake. It looks good, the way it should, but if you are familiar with the Ukrainian "medovyk" - it tastes nothing like that: lacks honey flavour and in general tastes mediocre. Yes to the Butter Tarts! We wrapped up a quick 30-hour tour of Toronto at the St. Lawrence Maket. This place is not to be missed! Get in here and get your fill of delights like the Butter Tarts from Future Bakery. The filling-to-crust proportions we right on. Served cold, we ate our tasty tarts right there in the market, but I imagine that a little warming up would really make these puppies sing!
