A piece of Kyoto in Toronto.
Honestly this place was a good representation of gyukatsu unlike any other you can get in Toronto. They use decent cuts of meats and cook it rare, you can request a grill and cook it to your liking and desired doneness.
We got their new A3 US Wagyu but honestly go for their ribeye cut for the best beefiness and marbling.

Nice medium rare beef, the negi miso sauce was fantastic and the sando's are fantastic. Amazing service too!
