Great customer service to match the great donuts. Highly recommend. Had a minor hiccup with a delivery at no fault of the business and ad opposed to dismissing it as my problem they listened and cared enough to identify the importance of the gift and did their best to assist. Very happy and thanks heaps!

Ordered 2 weeks ago online. Very easy and straightforward process. The prices are transparent too.My only issue was with special delivery instructions not being met. A note in the order form, reminding them twice through email before delivery were clearly not enough, that my order was delivered 4 hours earlier than its intended time. Which was hours before my friend's citizenship ceremony took place. I'm not expecting perfect timing, but I'm at least expecting them to pay attention...read full review
