Midnight Market Reviews
A friend and I pulled up very late (around 1:30 in the morning) to have a final drink for the night before we go out seperate ways. Caitlin (not sure if that’s the right spelling) was so sweet and made the end of our night so lovely! Wonderful atmosphere and from what I’ve seen absolutely lovely staff! :) Will definitely be back!
Always a great time visiting this venue. Amazing service, great vibes. Can’t ask for anything else when you’re looking for a good time in downtown Toronto.
All of the food we ordered was delicious, and the teapot cocktail is a must-try. The atmosphere was also great and made for an enjoyable dining experience.
Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. We waited quite a while for someone to take our order, and throughout the meal no one checked on our table. We had to go the bar ourselves for a water refill, and when we were ready to leave, we also had to find another server to request our bill.

Midnight Market is a lively and cozy night spot, featuring neon signs, Japanese lanterns, and an izakaya-style menu. The cocktails are excellent, and friendly staff help create a welcoming atmosphere for a lively crowd. This East Asian-inspired venue offers a fun mix of kitsch and cultural cues, providing a memorable dining experience. The menu includes inventive dishes like wasabi Caesar, turnip cake, chili shrimp wafu spaghetti, and shrimp Poboy, all beautifully executed. The vibe is great, with a variety of seating options and a stylish interior that enhances the experience. Service is attentive and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a fun night out. The black sesame toast with ice cream and drinks add to the overall enjoyable visit, even if some dishes could have a bit more acidity or less sweetness. Overall, Midnight Market remains a vibrant place for delicious food, creative drinks, and a good atmosphere.
