After being a loyal customer of North of Brooklyn Pizzeria for years (and often praising their pizzas to others in the past) I was initially able to overlook the increasingly rude and disorganized attitude of the staff in recent years, but not any longer. Today (November 17th, 2021), when I went to the Geary Avenue location of North of Brooklyn Pizzeria—a location that I have been patronizing regularly for years—I was told that they no longer do takeaway pizza, and would only serve me if I came in and sat down inside the restaurant/bar and also ordered a beer or something from the bar. Considering that their on-line advertising still suggests that they do takeaway, and considering the fact that they did not even trouble themselves to announce this change with a sign on the door or anything obvious on their website (and offered no explanation for this sudden change, or even an apologetic tone) I feel motivated to write a review about the extent that North of Brooklyn Pizzeria has completely gone down the toilet from my point of view. FYI, there is another pizza place only about a block away on the corner of Dufferin and Davenport that does still do takeaway pizza (if one is in the neighbourhood and has a craving for takeaway pizza)—plus which, the staff at the competition do not act like complete jerks. [BTW, the local non-jerk staffed pizza place that still does do takeaway located only about a block away is 241 Pizza, and their number is 416-241-0241.]

Ordered pizza through Ubereats. Pizza arrived very cold and inedible. The delivery time was reasonable, therefore the fault lies with the restaurant. They got their payment, Uber got its fees, and I got $30 worth of cold pizza. Marvelous.
