I visited Plearn recently to do some work, and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The coffeeshop’s clean and thematic decor stand out as soon as you walk in. The visuals on the coffee shop were very pretty, and it made taking pictures of my order fun. The service was amazing, and I enjoyed my latte order. Cafe was unclean and the drink was not worth the price. Seating cushions and floor had lot of stains from drinks and food. Barista working alone at the time doesn’t bother keeping cafe clean. Giant toilet paper roll left out and worker doesn’t bother to put it in the dispenser. Only a few customers and the tables had crumbs and stained with coffee. Interior looks nicer on social media.
