Unreasonable. Their policies around rebooking time slots in the event of severe weather are absurd. The government was urging people to remain home and not drive but the owner of this business would not allow us to reschedule. Some of our party were coming from out of town and did not want to risk the drive so we lost our money. Not even a partial refund or rebooking was allowed. Bad business. We will never spend our money there again.
Great place! Great staff. Clean. Loads of fun!
Hosted our son's birthday party today and couldn't be happier. We had a wonderful time, good food and lots of space for the birthday crew. Highly recommend!!
