This place has the coolest vibe. The manager, Liam, is the star of this store. This guy is highly professional and prioritizes customers over his subordinates. He truly wants to please all of the customers.
Had a very lovely morning today thanks to a young lady named Bethannie. I had just come from the dentist, my teeth were sore, and I was quite hungry but worried about what I could even eat. She was so kind and patient to help me find something soft and explained everything so gently, and even let me take it home to prepare for later. Such a thoughtful girl, she truly made my day.
This location hired the most friendly and welcoming staff and baristas!! Redeemed my birthday drink here, the staffs were sooooooo nice!

Friendliest staff of all time. Irene greets every customer by name without missing a beat even while preparing drinks. It is a delightful experience every time. This is a favourite Starbucks. Barely any wait time and all the baristas are immensely friendly and go above and beyond for their guests. The barista Natasha makes drinks that are always spectacular. However, the location is quite small, and the wait was quite long. There was only one register open. The service takes some time, and there is not really a comfortable spot to wait. The atmosphere feels awkward waiting so long with a line on each side trying to find somewhere to stand in the middle. There is nowhere to sit. The drink consistency is frustrating; a matcha with light ice can be ice cold sometimes whereas other times there is a mild amount of ice.
