Subway offers fresh and well-prepared food with friendly service, especially from staff like Suman, who is welcoming and cheerful. However, some locations may have cleanliness issues, such as fruit flies near the cold tray and unclean bathrooms. Overall, it provides good food and customer service but varies by location.
