The Google site states that the store is open at 8:30 it clearly was not. No food was prepared when I arrived at the location. Someone was still unboxing chips at the front even though it was 10 am. 1 and a half hours after open. Horrible service even the store that the subway is located in was still unprepared. No one at checkout.
I have purchased food at this location only 3 times and can honestly say the food has been bad 2 of the 3 times purchased. Got a meatball sub that was absolutely terrible. I will not return to this location again.
I don’t usually leave low ratings, but this location has been consistently disappointing. They often skimp on the protein, sometimes giving what feels like half the normal portion (as mentioned in other reviews). A few times, I’ve ordered a specific bread through the app and received something different without any explanation. I’m totally fine with substitutions if something is out, but a quick heads-up would go a long way.
