Amazing selection of whiskey, wonderful friendly staff, good food (with plenty of veg friendly options!).
We had such a fantastic time visiting this spot on College Street. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for settling in with a cold drink.
The food was absolutely spot on. That scotch egg with the perfectly cooked yolk and side of mustard was a highlight, and the fish and chips were served with a generous portion of fries. It is rare to find a place that gets the basics so right. We will definitely be back soon.
As a whisky club member and just overall whisky afficionado... this place is the spot. We go there for tastings and we always end up enjoying something not found at the lcbo or that we haven't heard of. The knowledge is exemplary and we'll curated tasting. Food excellent too. Best spot in Toronto for people who know whisky and want to experience something different

The Caledonian offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, reminiscent of Edinburgh. With an impressive selection of over 600 whiskeys and traditional Scottish dishes like haggis and steak pie, this gem is a must-visit for any Scottish food enthusiast. The mac and cheese is outstanding. The staff are exceptional and fabulous. The Caledonian has one of the biggest selections of scotch seen in Toronto. The vibe and service was great. When visited, there was a band playing music, making the whole place really cozy.
