Can’t say I enjoyed The Pilot and, given the crowd on Saturday night was so sparse, the rooftop bartender shut her bar at 1:45 am, it would seem I’m not the only one of that opinion.
I rushed in an Uber from a birthday party in Whitby to catch other friends at The Pilot, arrived at 1:47 am, attempted to order a last drink to enjoy with my friends, only to be told by the aforementioned bartender on the patio that she’d already “called last call”, as if some supernatural...read full review
Live Jazz on a Saturday Afternoon.. one of Toronto's legacy establishments ..Owned and operated by the very best people.. Love this place forever !

The Pilot is a popular spot that offers great food and nice service. On Saturdays, it features live jazz music from 3pm to 5pm. Their menu has a good selection, including the Classic Eggs Benny with unforgettable home fries. The cocktails, such as the Trinidad Sour and Screwball White Russian, are boozy and well-balanced. The staff were really friendly and professional, though service can sometimes be a little slow. The atmosphere was comfortable, but it can get difficult to hear each other speak with music playing. The Pilot is a great spot to grab a drink and enjoy some music, or to catch up with friends over a meal.
