Always a pleasant experience, especially with the new management under Karthin's leadership. Always kind and accomodating to requests and much improved service compared to a few yrs ago.

I visited this store yesterday and had such a wonderful experience. The team member who prepared my coffee noticed that a little coffee had spilled onto the lid and, without me even asking, immediately replaced it to make sure I wouldn't burn myself while carrying the tray. It was such a thoughtful gesture.
