This past weekend one of the staff working there, who seems to be new, literally snapped and yelled at me because I politely and gently asked him if my drink could be remade as it was prepared incorrectly (was made with cream instead of milk). Definitely one for the books.
The customer service is awful, yesterday me and my friends went to order something around 9pm and wanted to place our order through the machine, it didn't accept the payment, and we we're trying and trying until the person on the counter told us the machine wasn't working, even though we were there for several minutes and another of the employees was there behind us on the tables, they both saw us there trying to place our order and didn't say anything until the 3rd time we attempted...read full review
