I visit this location regularly, and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Especially AEIN, She is so friendly. The store itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. In my experience, this is easily the best Tim Hortons in downtown Toronto!
I get my morning coffee from this location at least 3 times a week and Lukula is so friendly and kind. She always takes my order with a smile which is very welcoming and genuine. It does get incredibly busy sometimes but the team seems to work well. I only order a coffee so I don’t have to wait as much.
