Very disappointing experience. The restaurant was unbearably hot inside, especially considering how high the temperature was outside. It didn't feel like the air conditioning was working at all. I felt uncomfortable just sitting there, and I honestly felt bad for the staff who had to work in those conditions for an entire shift. No one should have to work or dine in that kind of heat.
Great location. The inside is fairly large with lots of spots to sit comfortably. The atmosphere is also quite nice. The store tends to be fairly busy most times and can have a large lineup. The staff does a great job of managing the orders. Always had a good experience at this location.

Tim Hortons offers great Steeped Tea and fresh coffee. The staff is usually polite and friendly, although service can sometimes be inconsistent. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The interior is clean and cozy, providing a warm atmosphere that makes customers feel comfortable. Many visitors appreciate the helpful and humble staff. This Tims at Old Toronto impressed. The service was fast, space is very clean. They even take out the trashes right after it fills up. Very spacious for large group of people. The manager is really really kind and amazing and she makes THE GREAT COFFEES in the world. This outlet has a huge seating area as well. The place was clean. Overall, it remains a friendly place with a cozy ambiance.
