“I ordered the Spicy Pu-Erh Beef Green Tea Noodle Soup and Jasmine Milk Green Tea. The beef noodle was delightful, the noodle was fresh, the soup was flavourful with perfectly balanced spice level. The beef was tender and outstanding, however I found it a bit too skinny, could be a little bit more fatty. The tea was fragrant and relaxing. Service was very polite and professional. The environment is very elegant with wooden design and beige seats. I would definitely recommend this place and would be coming back. Great for a place to work, hangout, or just a regular lunch/dinner.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by this dessert. I ordered an ube option at the time and the flavours were great; it wasn’t sickeningly sweet. The price is great for the large portion and it tastes pretty fresh. Ample seating however, I felt like I was bothering the staff when I had originally asked about my dietary restrictions, so that was a downside. The textures are different than what I was used to, but a great choice to try something new!“

Blindfold me with earplugs, and I'd still find my way to this restaurant, as the unmistakable aroma of stinky tofu is perceptible a mile away. The aroma is actually much more pungent than its taste, and the mouthwatering savoury and salty taste accompanies a light crisp on the golden exterior and a moist, airy interior. It was a wonderful appetizer to the heartwarming bowl of hand-pulled noodles, each strand having a satisfying bounciness that soaks up the beefy, pickled broth with pickled mustard wonderfully. The slices of lean beef are surprisingly tender, but the tendons melt into a gooey, creamy texture in your mouth and release a delicious beefy aroma. Also, the douban chili oil that you can scoop as much as you want? Literal crack.“

“Thanks so much Cowa for providing such excellent service, especially during cold weather. The food always arrived at our front door warm and delicious. It saved us so much time and portion is big for both mom and dad! I compared a few confinement food companies in GTA and at the end decided to go with Cowa because;(1) it has a central commercial kitchen with permit from the city instead of home kitchen(2) it has a set pre determined menu(3) it allows me use my own glass boxes(4) the service is excellent (thanks to Brandon) and provide lots of flexibility when I wanted to switch the menu a bit.Last but not least, we liked it so much and we ordered two months! “The food here is good, good amount of portions and especially the best one, popcorn chicken imo. Comes with 3 sides 1 meat and rice. I went to this place a couple times and so far its fantastic. The ingredients and food are fresh and the service is also good. Its a quick pace shop with no place to sit which is a downside but the food court beside makes up for it. The workers are hard working and quick to help. It had been busy all the times I went.“

“Really enjoyed my meal at Xin Yi Time! It’s getting harder to find affordable meals these days, so I was surprised that most dishes here are under $13 while still giving such massive portions.

I tried the Taiwanese braised pork rice and it tasted very authentic — super flavorful, well marinated, and nice and saucy. Every combo also comes with rice and 2 veggies, which makes it feel like a complete home-style meal.

The shop itself is small and simple, run by a friendly Asian auntie, which gives it a cozy homemade vibe. Definitely more of a takeout spot, but great for a quick affordable comfort meal. Would come back again!“

“The place is pretty big and feels comfortable because the tables aren't crowded together. Nice decor. There's quite a bit of choice on their menu and the wait staff are courteous and fairly efficient. Some things I find I may like at other places a little better and they're also cheaper. But overall the food is decent. They do give a discount (10%?) if you pay in cash. The restaurant is in a plaza. There's quite a bit of parking (free) when we went for dinner on a Tuesday but it might be harder to find a spot on the weekends since there are quite a few other eateries, a grocery store, stores in general and even a dim sum restaurant in the plaza.“

“I recently visited Sugar Marmalade and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Right off the bat, the atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting and it’s the perfect spot to hang out and satisfy your sweet tooth. The service was also top-notch as the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly.

The food is absolutely delicious, but their shaved ice bowls are the real star of the show! We ordered two different ones, and they completely blew us away. The first was a gorgeous strawberry shaved ice and it was incredibly light and refreshing! The second bowl was an absolute dream for bubble tea lovers. The textures and flavors were spot on.“

“We visit Ten Ren Tea regularly and have had a good overall dining experience. The young staff are friendly, polite, and provide excellent service, and the food is generally quite tasty. We usually order the sizzling beef cubes meal, crispy salt-and-pepper chicken, and super mango smoothie with pearls, which are all delicious. We previously tried the Pu’er beef noodle soup, but unfortunately, the flavor was not really to our taste and could use some improvement. Overall, Ten Ren Tea is still a place we would recommend, and we will continue to visit.“

“Its a little pricey and fried rice dishes seem small but taste is very good and dumplings are great. Service is good as well. Place is clean with about 5 to 6 large tables and many 4 seater and 2 seater tables. Washroom counter always seems really wet , no idea why. Pretty clean washrooms. We frequent this establishment about once a month“
