“Great food. I especially love the pork cutlet and popcorn chicken. The drinks are also really good, I love the mango yogurt juice especially. There are often speciality drinks that are also worth trying and the tea is also quite good. The service can be a little slow at times (usually during dinner), but it's still generally okay despite them being understaffed.“

“Been coming here for many years, first time back after 2 years and the bbt I bought (royal #9) still had powder in it. I always shake my bbt before I drink it so it really wasn’t mixed well.
Paying $9 for powdered water is a bit too disappointing.
Had to toss it out, but I gave 4 stars cause even powdery the thing tasted delicious. They’ve got a good product, just need better mixing.“

“Known primarily for their bubble teas, who knew they also serve hot Taiwanese food that is both good and authentic OG. Expansive and airy place at Richmond Hill with a retail tea place on one side and a dining area on another. They feature a dizzying array of bubble teas, better quality than other BT places. They also have slush options that are more desserts than drinks. New menu with green tea noodle soups with protein on the side like Taiwanese crispy chicken, pork, and others.“
“I recently tried Tea Shop 168 at Yonge and Steeles through Too Good To Go, and I was pleasantly surprised by how worthwhile the experience was. The value you get for the price is excellent—generous portions, good variety, and fresh quality.
While I initially visited because of the TGTG offer, it’s the kind of place I could easily see myself coming back to regularly if I lived in Toronto. The drinks were flavorful without being overly sweet, and the overall selection was solid, with plenty of options to suit different tastes.
If you’re in the area and looking for a dependable bubble tea spot that offers great deals and a satisfying experience, this is definitely worth checking out.“
“I recommend this store to anyone looking for an introduction to Chinese tea or for those who want high-quality tea at a fair price. One thing to note is that this isn’t a regular walk-in shop. You can’t just go inside and browse; instead, you buy from outside. At first this felt unusual, but I actually see it as a sign of professionalism, since tea needs special conditions like proper temperature and air quality. So if you’re looking for good tea, you can either make the trip in person with this unique setup or simply order online, which is often easier.“
“I came by the tea house with my girlfriend today. I just began my tea journey and was interested in trying the different kinds of tea leaves. The tea shop owner was very friendly and helpful. I recommend people to stop by for some tea (book an appointment) and maybe buy some too :)“

“Just had a wonderful lunch. Adam our server was exceptional. He gave great input into all selections. From our chai tea, to Welsh rarebit, quiche and sticky pudding, it was delicious. 5 👍👍👍👍👍“
“A hidden gem for anyone who appreciates premium loose leaf tea. The shelves are filled with high quality blends from across Asia, all carefully sourced and beautifully packaged. The staff know their products well and are happy to help you choose based on flavor, origin, or brewing style. The teas smell incredible and taste even better once brewed, with freshness you can immediately notice. It’s the perfect place to restock your tea collection or find something special to gift.“
“Absolutely loved my experience at Flowers & Bubble Tea! The bouquet I got was stunning—vibrant, fresh, and beautifully arranged with a lovely mix of carnations, ranunculus, and baby's breath. The colours were so cheerful and perfect for any occasion. On top of that, their bubble tea was just as delightful—refreshing, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. It's such a unique and charming combo to grab flowers and a drink in one spot. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to brighten someone's day—or your own!“

“Came here with a friend and we ordered the large size jumbo ube milk shaved ice with taro paste on the side. When we got the ube shaved ice, it was huge. We couldn't even finish it.
All the toppings tasted great and they dont skimp on the toppings at all. I really loved the Ube paste, taro rice balls, almond pudding, and the taro paste.
For about $20 it is definitely worth coming here to satisfy your sweet tooth. This could easily feed 2-3 people. My one minor complaint would be that the shaved ice is not uniformed and there are some big chunks. Chewing on it got tiring and numbing at the end. I do wish they had the korean styled shaved ice where its almost like soft snow texture.“

“Great restaurant for Taiwanese fare. Got the braised beef rice bowl and it complimented the hot taro coconut tea well. By the end of the meal I was stuffed. It may be because the restaurant was filled to capacity but the servers don’t check in on the tables that often. Overall it’s like the Cheesecake Factory for East Asian tea lovers. Highly recommend dining in here if you can.“

“I have been here multiple times, and the quality has been amazing! This is definitely the most authentic place to eat Hong Kong style food at Pacific Mall! The owner is nice and apparently they had won the best milk tea contest, highly recommended!“

“I wanted to try real fruit for a while since a lot of people I knew went there and told me about it. I live near a location but I stumbled upon this one today at Cedarbrae mall. I went in thinking it would be packed and surprisingly wasn’t as only two girls were working there and not many people were inside at once. The girl at the counter took my order for an original milk tea. The wait was short too it only took 1-3 minutes to receive my order. But one complaint I have is the size of the place as it was very small almost like an outlet pop up store which does make sense as it’s in a mall. Overall the experience wasn’t bad I definitely think I’ll come back to real fruit again.“
“Nice board game cafe at North York Centre. They were primarily a cafe/bbt shop and expanded to board games. Food and drink are above average for a board game cafe and they have a decent collection of board games. Harder to find seating for very large parties (8+). Recommend getting the mango and lychee pitchers to share.“

“I've tried different Chatime stores and this is the location I keep returning to because of Blake. Every time Blake makes my drinks, I am never disappointed because they are consistent, always tastes great and made perfectly to order. The staff are also friendly and patient with my multiple orders.“

“Tracy is a really good employee she helped me out with my drink, as the taro is fresh that is why it has peaces of taro in it, and I didn't like it but she made me a new drink and that was really good. Will definitely recommend visit once.“

“Good atmosphere for a hangout or grabbing a solo seat.Drinks tasted and looked good. There were a few creative options like their Tiramisu bobba drink. They do run out of Tapioca pearls, though, as a few other people mentioned as early as mid day. Prices are average compared to other bubble tea chain stores anyways.“

“I like the teas that we got.
My only feedback is that the two guys working there talked way too much to each other and way too long about personal stuff. It took about 15 minutes to make 2 drinks and we were the only customers. The one guy was so distracted he made the wrong drink for us. It was nice of him to give it to us, but I could’ve done with less personal convo and quicker service.“

“The 2 ladies working here are so nice. They let me order the Chocolate Milk Tea even tho it’s not on their menu. It’s my wife’s go to drink that is why it’s a must for me to get it Haha
That’s why I will only go to this place and not in any other Coco anymore.“

“It is the best curry fishballs I have ever had in Canada. It is very tasty. I love its spicy. It will be the go-to place for me to get curry fishballs and other Cantonese food and soup. I also bought blueberry Muffin and beans carrot pork bone soup. They all look very yummy. I recommend people who love Cantonese food to visit this shop. :D“
