“A huge shoutout to the team at the 115 Donald Street Tim Hortons! The place is always spotless and impeccably clean, but what truly stands out is the staff—they are wonderfully helpful, warm, and friendly.
​I placed my order through the app, and when I went to pick it up, I asked if my Chai Latte (made with almond milk) could be served extra hot. I've often had disappointing experiences at other locations where it was served lukewarm or cold, so I was so grateful for their attentiveness. They made it absolutely perfect and nice and hot!

“Came in to check out this Local Small Business and get some breakfast, I’d met Esther a couple weeks ago in my daily life and she was wonderful to talk to, So I decided to check it out since we shared a love for Baking. I got a traditional breakfast with 2 eggs, bacon, homefries, sauteed onions and bell pepper (I didn’t hear her mention the peppers when she asked me about onions, but I was so happy to have them), and toast. I also got a salted caramel latte with my meal, and for my friends birthday later today, I got 2 cupcakes: one biscotti, and one oreo nutella, as well as a salted caramel bar. I’m super picky about my baked goods, as a baker myself, but they were excellent. My friend enjoyed his cupcakes and I loved my salted caramel bar, even the bottom layer had a lovely subtle sweetness and pleasant melty texture. Thank you Esther! “These amazing ladies make it so easy and enjoyable to eat vegan. I'm obsessed with all of the sweets, especially the Cinnamon roll with that frosting!!! The homemade seitan "pulled phork" sandwich is to die for. Love the mozza sandwich! The almond and chocolate croissants are out of this world. The Nanaimo bars are a real sweet treat, hard to pace myself lol. The smores brownie is my daughter's fave. I get to visit them every day before work and it's got me feeling so blessed🥰. “We ordered a custom cake for our baby's 2nd birthday and it was amazing!!!! So cute, so yummy, our baby loved it so much she still talks about her cake weeks later. The whipped cream was a perfect, light sweetness and the strawberries were fresh and delicious.

Service when we were ordering and picking up was also really excellent. Even when we contacted them later with a few changes to the order, they easily accommodated.

“We hired Thimble for our wedding and they did an incredible job. ❤ We loved how they incorporated the little cat figurines we had made of our cats and it tasted amazing. We still get rave reviews to this day about the lemon cake with raspberry filling. As someone with a dairy allergy, I appreciate Thimble so much for making vegan cakes taste just as incredible as regular cakes. People are always shocked when they find out it’s vegan.
