“Food options were great. Love that there aerial a-la-carte options as well as the charcoal korean bbq options. The side dishes are delicious too. Excellent and attentive service and the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options were both great. But make sure not to wear your Sunday’s vest because it’s very Smokey as expected for a bbq restaurant but especially Smokey and that wonderful charcoal smell.Vegetarian options: Available.Kid-friendliness: Perfect for families just beware of the smoke for smaller kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible but did not confirm if bathroom is.“
“I LOVE this place. I’ve tried so many pho places and this has become my GO TO, I usually always get the rare meat pho and my friend gets the pho combination and they’re both extremely delicious. The soup broth is really good, the environment looks super cute and CLEAN which is really important to me and they have really nice staff. Make sure to also get a Vietnamese coffee to go it’s very good!“
“This restaurant is incredible. What a lovely family owned business. The owners are so generous and so kind. The chicken is also so fresh & delicious. You get so much food for the money, you will not regret it. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in the area, you definitely need to try it!!“
“Been here a few times and it's always quite good! The hoisin sauce and siracha with the flavorful broth and light noodle just can't go wrong. Makes you want to have one bowl after the next. The establishment is very clean and quick service. Would come here again!“
“The food here is great - flavourful and spicy (if you want). Mabel was extremely attentive and accommodating, we received outstanding service. She made the experience of dining here very special. The restaurant is lively and the staff are friendly.Ordered a bunch of dishes and each one was delicious. Highly recommend this place for a fun dinner with friends and family.“
“WOW. JUST WOW. Where do i even begin. 11/10 easily. The food is amazing, so amazing to the point where i feel tears run down my face every time I eat there. The food is ALWAYS fresh and the portion sizes are amazing for the price. You can tell that the food is made with a lot of thought and love. On top of having great food the customer service is extremely good, the employees are extremely friendly and kind. 11/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND“
“I popped into this spot randomly and was tempted by their pork mooncakes. It was my first time trying them and they were so good! The pastry is flaky, sort of like an egg tart crust and they were generously filled with pork. It was nicely seasoned and tender. I actually ate them at home the day after I bought them. I followed the reheating instructions on the box and they came out perfect.I also got some of their frozen pork wontons to cook at home and they were great too! It reminds me of the ones my mom makes. Not sure if it was the owner, but the lady at the counter was so friendly and welcoming too.I will have to come back and try their baos and shumai!“
“I arrived in Canada late, so I stopped by and went to a Korean restaurant. The owner was very kind, and when I said there was no place to buy beer, he gave me a ride to the supermarket and the food was delicious.!!! Boss, please stay healthy and stay for a long time~^^♡“
“This is such a cute hidden gem. Their speciality is Soon Tofu and they do it very well. I always get the Kimchi Soon Tofu and I like it spicy. This time I tried their bibimbap. Very good taste and good size.Side dishes include kimchi, bean sprouts, soy beans and radish. Complimentary and refillable.Service is pretty good and I really love their plants. Whoever is taking care of them has a green thumb.“
“The absolute best office lunch. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and restaurant is very clean and well organized. Food is always fresh fresh fresh!! and tastes amazing every time. I like the bamboo bowl; it's gluten free and good for a celiac. I add extra green curry sauce but don't feel the need to add an extra protein. Most days I can't finish the whole meal.“
“I ordered on Uber Eats for the first time and I was SO HAPPY with my order! I got the beef and rice, fresh shrimp and pork rolls and an avocado shake. I must say the beef was flavoured very well and I loved the pickled veggies it cut through the meal amazing! The rolls were also individually wrapped in their packaging so they didn’t stick together, the shake was super cold considering I live 40 minutes away it tasted like they just made the shake! I loved the consistency and I’ll be visiting in person for sure!! Thank you for the great dinner ?“
“It's my favourite now. Also inexpensive but let me explain first. They have dumplings, wonton soup, and noodles. If you don't know what to order just show the picture. You need to know how to eat but this is how I self taught. There's a reason the dumplings are hard on the bottom and soft on the top. Rip it open a bit, in my case, I drink the broth a bit then throw in soy sauce. Never underestimate the soup inside, it's actually half oil but good ones. All the menu is priced very reasonably and not over $10 except the meals. The wonton soup was large, had a lot of wontons. It was more than other stores when you ask and put extra option. The broth was deep, plenty of seaweed, and the wonton was chewy and stable until the last bite.I feel shame haven't tried this gem in years.“
“Been coming here for years - one of my favourite pho spots in Richmond Hill!! Quality and flavour is ALWAYS consistent, restaurant is clean and you get served quickly no matter how busy they are. Very accommodating too - came for a birthday with a picky eater who liked her sweet and sour pork a certain way, and Andy made sure to work with the kitchen staff so that everyone was happy. Definitely recommend!“
“You know it’s good when there’s usually a line up even before closing time.Pros: Tasty stews (can run out pretty fast especially Gamjatang), huge portion, reasonable price (not cutting throat like downtown Korean food) and hardworking cashier lady 5 is solidly for the food.Cons: A bit of waiting time since there’s only 1 cook. Be patient when you choose to eat here during rush hour. Small size homemade kimchi on the side as well - everyone gets a small plate only. Ok for me.Overall I enjoy the food and the self serve aspect of Samgol and the other vendors in World on Yonge’s food court. Would stop by again !“
“It's a takeout spot so not much of an ambience but I love the red pea soup they always give me lots of meat and dumpling the soup tastes consistent every time I go I've also tried the goat soup it's not goat head so keep that in mind the flavors a little bit different and I've tried cashew porridge which was a little on the sweet side but I will continue to buy their soup I enjoy it every time I go there there's a lineup and they have franchises across the city“
“Deer garden is my one of my favorite spots to get noodle soup, dine in or take out either way, always hits the spot. You get to customize your bowl by choosing what soup, noodles, veggies and protein. They have different sides and drinks to add to your order and if you're not a noodle kind of person they have Rice options too.“
“Great, cozy place with generous portions of delicious Korean food. We tried the dynamite chicken (m), galbi and bulgogi and it came with 4 side dishes. The chicken was our favourite. The service was friendly and patient with us. We will come again!“
