29 Best Chicken Restaurants near Waterdown

“Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was great. It was the perfect bun/chicken ratio and the spice is in the sauce they put on the bun. The chicken had that crunch when you bite in. I would recommend it. It was $10.
In comparison to other fast food places at that price range this chicken sandwich was my favourite so far.“

“I had an issue with 1 order (out of many I make) and it was taken care of very quickly by the Manager. Thanks.“

“Been to Mary Brown’s on Upper James for the first time today. Restaurant was very clean. Anand was super nice and helped me choose the right amount of food for me and my daughter. Chicken was fresh and very tasty (better than KFC). However, I found the taters and gravy to be a little salty. The coleslaw was very good if you like it very creamy. Will definitely return, thanks Anand!“

“Previous to rebuilding the food was good here. I hadn't been back since the rebuilding. Happy to report the standards are still high and the food is fantastic. I personally love the neighborhood. The waitress was busy around lunch and one of the cooks noticed us waiting to order. The cook had no problem taking our order and giving advice for food suggestions. This simple gesture made a huge difference in the experience. I'll continue to recommend family and friends, can't wait to return. We visited on September 8th, 2026.“

“I am frequent client, and order food only one cashier has been rude with me named Abdul, he refused to give me rice with popcorn chicken and many other times he always argue. I asked him email or phone of owner, he said he is owner and everything, refused to let me talk with other people in store, so some times when I see him, I leave store without ordering anything. Food is great and other stuff is also very friendly“

“This was my first visit to Popeyes EVER! I always assumed it was spicy so I avoided it. I had the regular version and it was fantastic. It's a million times better than KFC. I had the chicken burger combo and my friend had the 2 piece with fries. We we greeted as soon as we walked in. My guy mentioned my chicken burger would take a little longer as it was being cooked fresh. It was the best fried chicken burger I've had. The seasoning was delicious, the meat was moist and the fries are great! I will definitely be coming back!“

“Honestly, one of the best Popeyes locations I’ve been to! The food is always fresh and delicious, but what really stands out is the staff. Everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help. You can tell they actually care about their customers and want to make sure you have a good experience. The workers are patient, respectful, and always have a positive attitude, even when it’s busy. It makes such a big difference when you walk into a place and feel welcomed instead of rushed. Huge shoutout to the whole team for the amazing customer service keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be coming back.“
