Everyone was working as a team and yes smiles on their faces! We pre ordered our food online and get this, they got it right the first time. Never happens for us anywhere else. “I had an amazing experience at THG Hot Fried Chicken in Waterloo. I tried the shrimp and the spicy tenders, and both were perfectly cooked crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. The truffle parmesan dip was next level and paired beautifully with the tenders. Every bite was packed with flavor. Definitely a must visit for anyone craving indulgent, crave worthy fried chicken. ❤️“

“The Nashville Hot Fries are absolutely amazing!!!!! The portions are huge, sauced up to perfection and loaded with chicken bites. The service is great, we had a little bit of a wait since they were making our meals fresh and the hostess offered two cookies on the house. You don't see this type of service anymore. Great customer service paired with excellent food! Can't wait to try the other items on the menu.“

“I ordered the 2 piece chicken special and it was excellent — hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The staff were so friendly and provided great customer service, which really stood out. They were out of biscuits today, but everything else more than made up for it. I tried the strawberry pie for dessert and it was warm, sweet, and absolutely delicious. “I was craving late night fast food so thought of ordered from Popeyes and it did not disappoint.

The onion rings as side were really crunchy and nice. The burger itself had a really big size fried chicken and all works definitely turned out to be nice. We ordered a combo through Uber Eats and I believe it was on offer so under 30$ we got meals for 2 with drinks.

Definitely suggest as late night food around Waterloo.“

“The best Popeyes I have been to in the last few years.
Many other locations I have been to, the quality has gone down drastically - but here the service has been great, and the food is always fresh and consistent.
They are definitely changing the oil much more than the other locations too because other places have a very weird taste a lot of the times.“

Looking forward to going back to the same location again to try other flavors of wings. Lots of parking outside. We did a takeout. Overall it was a great experience for my family.“
