“This place is by far the best place for fish and chips. The halibut is absolutely amazing and the fries are homemade and delicious. The owners are beyond friendly and the service is exemplary. Words don’t do this little place justice, come here, you won’t be disappointed that’s for sure.“

“I found this place by looking up the best places for fish and chips in kitchener on google. Google was not wrong. Ive been craving fish and chips for a couple weeks and I went first thing when they opened. I ordered 2 pieces of whitefish with a poutine. The batter on the fish was perfect and portions were great. The poutine has a bit of a bbq type flavour to it and was just as good but my highlight was definitelythe fish! They know what their doing.
I knew my mom loved fish as well so I called her immediately to tell her about this place and low n behold she already knew about it and used to go there weekly while working in that area. She nothing but good things to say.
The staff was also vary friendly. I told her I was stepping outside while I wait as my dogs were in the car and she offered to bring out the food to me instead. Something she didnt need to do but insisted and it was greatly appreciated.
I will definitely be going here again and most likely having my mom join me on the trip next time“

“would just like to leave a few comments about the restaurant. I've always found the servers to be super nice and very helpful. Never had a problem with that at all.
I usually get the halibut and it is always delicious and in my opinion the best in town. My only issue is it's extremely expensive. I know halibut is always the premium fish but it's hard to go there and pay the price because it's just so expensive in today's economy. I would like to be able to support them more but unfortunately they can't afford to go there as often as I would like. But overall I still give them a 5 star review even though it is a little expensive.“
