So either the owner saw my review and dealt with the hygene or I just visited on a really bad day before, in either case, I'm very happy to see improvement.

“I ordered online a thin pepperoni pizza and i didn’t know that comes with oregano, my son can’t eat it with different flavours. I talked with them and they make a new one right away, even though it was a busy night and they had lots of orders to do . the stuff here it’s friendly and great. they didn’t want to charge me for the second one. “Genuinely best pizza parlour out there. They use no junk ingredients like seed oil or added sugar to their dough. The pizza itself was cooked to perfection, house sauce was amazing, on top of that you can’t beat $3 a slice. “My initial experience with this business was that it was just another pizza joint. However, yesterday’s experience changed that. I had ordered two pizzas, one of which was undercooked. I took back that pizza for it to be replaced with one that was cooked all the way through. The young lady at the counter was very polite and apologetic. What’s more is the freshly cooked pizza was ready right away and was perfectly prepared. Great service recovery. The last thing a dissatisfied customer wants to hear is an argument. “Booked 5 pizza's using the on-line portal. Timing to pickup was offered at 1:47pm, but I changed it to 2:00pm. Once I arrived the person at the counter was upset we did not give more notice for a order that size. Why offer the times if the store gets frustrated to the point of embarrassing the customer in front of everyone?“

“The service and general atmosphere has not changed in the years of experience going from one New Orleans pizza place to another. However the one thing that I would like to note is the flavour seemed to have changed. The pepperoni was the one thing that was really noticeable in different taste.“

I'm not a fan of the default dip that comes with it, but they will happily give you tomato sauce instead. The pizza is also pretty good.
