“Alright. Let me tell you about the best customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered a pizza, half cheese and half ham. I waited about 20 minutes or so and while I was wondering why, I didn't ask. I didn't complain. I didn't display any negative energy. Finally, my pizza comes out..with a second pizza. The nice lady explained they accidentally made the first one wrong and so I could have the second one too. I was naturally very happy but to make it even better - they also gave me a coupon for a free large pizza for next time! These kind souls did this out of nothing more than having a pure heart. Also, the pizzas were delicious! 11/10 would absolutely recommend.“

I had a great experience at this pizza place! The worker was very friendly and provided excellent service. He was respectful, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable. He was also quick with our order and kept a smile on his face the whole time. As for the pizza, it was absolutely delicious—the dough was soft, and the ingredients were fresh. “Thus was my first time at this location.
Today Nov 17th at around 1:30pm we came for a birthday pizza and the lady serving me was really nice!
She was happy to make my pizza with 7 toppings I requested and did so with a smile which made me feel very comfortable :)
She even wished me Happy Birthday and included a birthday card :)

The cheese and sauce are unbeatable in quality and taste, the prices are surprisingly low, and the customer service is unbeatable. “This is my favourite pizza place,and the best city pizza location. Food is always hot, tastes great, the they don't skimp on toppings. We ordered from the other location on king in waterloo twice and it was nothing like this place. This location is great and very consistent with their pizza. Love that they always give you loads of toppings. Unfortunately if you order delivery online and you're in between the 2 locations on king, you get stuck with the one at 238 king n which is super skimpy on toppings and no where near as good as this one. But if you call them, you can choose this one instead and have a much better experience.“

“My initial experience with this business was that it was just another pizza joint. However, yesterday’s experience changed that. I had ordered two pizzas, one of which was undercooked. I took back that pizza for it to be replaced with one that was cooked all the way through. The young lady at the counter was very polite and apologetic. What’s more is the freshly cooked pizza was ready right away and was perfectly prepared. Great service recovery. The last thing a dissatisfied customer wants to hear is an argument. “Hi there! I have been there thrice after today, my first time was getting a quick slice as I was on a call and grabbed takeout! Second time, I got a large pizza with couple of toppings and it was the best! ❤️
Today, I was assisted by Harnoor at the counter and he got me the best garlic bread with cheese - it was super delicious and soft on the crust. Overall, it has been fantastic experience always here!

“This is one of my favourite places to get vegan pizza, but if I'm honest, we often just pop in for the cheesy bread. I'm not a fan of the default dip that comes with it, but they will happily give you tomato sauce instead. The pizza is also pretty good. In fact, I think the pizza is even better the next day, cold.“
