Portion size is generous. It's becoming a habit. Fast service. Phone-in order ready to pick up in 15 minutes. Parking lot is a nightmare. Take care.“

“It’s been a while since we’ve been to the Works as the last couple of times we went we were disappointed. We were craving burgers and decided to give the Works one last try.. and we are so glad we did!
The restaurant was packed which was refreshing considering last time we went there were barely any tables filled.
The menu looked new and refreshed with a sleek look including pictures and a smaller menu that isn’t as complicated.
When the food came out we were so excited. The fries were cooked to perfection and fresh. Our burgers were absolutely delicious and fresh. We had the burgers with bacon jam and candied bacon .. wow.. so yummy. We also noticed that instead of the food being served on a silver tray it was served on a sleek black plate. Much nicer!
All in all a delicious meal and we will definitely be coming back to our old favourite spot, The Works!“

The achaari paneer was very tasty, veg Manchurian was very soft and delicious.

“We drove from Toronto to see St Jacobs during Christmas and stoped here for lunch. The place is adorable, with even the bathroom full of charm. And the food was insanely good. Staff was friendly too. This is a must every time we are in the area.“

“We enjoyed The Civil! Tasty pizza, fresh toppings, nice dough. Had the salad with goat cheese and strawberries was delicious. Nice drinks blood orange aperol spritz, and a nice Farm Leaue Hazy IPA right up my alley. Great service. The only downside and reason for not getting a 5* is the cold draft coming in everytime the front door opened. We were sitting near the door and was a very cold night. Is a small space and just 1 door at front so hard to avoid. Recommend requesting a table closest to the bar during cold weather to help lessen the cold drafts. We'll definitely be back!“

My husband and I with another couple had the most enjoyable time there this past Friday night..Service was excellent and we also got to enjoy live entertainment by Mary Catherine Pazzano singing and piano playing. while we dined.. I felt like dancing in the restaurant.. Food is not cheap but if you want to go for an exquisite meal this is the place to go. I plan to go back soon.“

“Rose Cafe in Town it is rare to find such a beautiful place, relaxing and tasty food. My husband and I go there for a date as it is not only food but the vibe is needed after a busy and hectic day. Yes the items might be more expensive than other places, However we should remember that we are paying for something unique, the place, the food. Highly recommended for relaxing and good food . “I had an amazing experience here! The server was incredibly friendly and nice. We asked a couple of questions to decide what to order, and she was really helpful. Based on her recommendation, we had the Peanut Curry Noodles and Bangkok's special rice. As you can see in the picture, the food was so delicious that we cleaned our plates! Definitely going back!!“
