“I will start with the positives. I definitely recommend Ken Sushi, every experience has been great except this one! Today we were not happy with the service. Our waitress was very pushy and made us feel like we were eating at a fast food restaurant! We felt like we were being hurried to place our order and not given time to decide what we wanted to eat. We had to remind Sunny that we ordered tea, the first item delivered was the gioza and they had to be returned because they were over done. We had to remind her that we ordered Miso soup. The food was ok but the service made the food not enjoyable. We tried new dishes suggested by Sunny but if we took the time to order we would not have ordered the grilled octopus. Dining out is not just about the food but the entire experience and this one was bad!“

“I walk by here every day on my way home from work. Today I finally decided to give it a try! I ordered the Tempura Bento and Chicken Karaage. Both were delicious! Neither of these dishes were overly greasy in texture and they were both wonderfully seasoned! The service was quick and the servers were polite and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing and the decor was stylish and eye-popping. Overall, I really enjoyed the food! I wish I would have tried it sooner! Definitely looking forward to going again! “One of the best sushi! We come here whenever we are in Waterloo. Salmon and Tuna were so fresh, everything tasted good. I love their fried spicy shrimp so I ordered two separate orders but they came very inconsistent one had more spice than the other. Their seaweed salad was a bit slimy. But overall this is a good sushi place and great place if you don’t want to get disappointed.“

“Located in the middle of the Conestoga Mall food court.

Never had Sushi and wanted to try it and Mac's Sushi was the first place we tried. The sushi was inside the fridge and apparantly it was to be eaten without heating which I felt a bit weird. Honestly I felt the taste was average but the sauce made it little better.On the other hand the service was very good.

Vegetarian options: When we visited this place the only vegetarian option available was "Vegetable Sushi"“
