I ordered 3 inch cake with actual cake for the base, I got 2 inch cake that only has ice cream. I specified I need some ice to keep the cake from melting, they first called me said they can give me ice but when I pick up they then told me they don’t offer ice (I am ok with them not offering the ice but that should be communicated when I first placed the order). Clean store. Service is terrible. No greeting, no Thank you.We got 5 cups for a party and asked for a bag and were handed a bag. I have no problem bagging my own stuff but that's not what customer service is about.

Inconsistent ice cream cakes. The first time I got a cake from here it was delicious and had a layer of cake as you would expect from an in cream “cake”. I went back yesterday and purchased another with the same flavour and price and it was just ice cream. Extremely disappointed and absolutely not worth it.
