I bought a 2 chicken sandwiches wirh a buddy went to bite into mine and it was almost still frozen and raw disgusting. I emailed the company a week ago they still have not responded it is insane.
The staff is nice but you can tell they're stressed under time. The food is always cooked well, unlike at the Oshawa Centre location where I've gotten raw chicken before. This location is a lot better. It's a lot better than the Taunton and Simcoe location too.

Quality has gone substantially downhill. Picked up a 14 piece bucket and the chicken was soggy and barely breaded. We called it mystery chicken because other then the drumsticks, we weren't sure what part of the chicken we were eating. Would not recommend this location.
