“Update: Saturday morning drive thru staff are super friendly, welcoming and you can understand them! Fast service and they actually got our order correct! What a refreshing change from most GTA Tim's. This is what a Tim's drive thru should be.“

“I usually love this place, very friendly, they have supervisor and managers who have been there for a long time and very nice,;but I used drive through today at 9h50am, and the girl who was working was very rude, didn't greet and I said Thank you when she handed me my coffee and she just ignored me. When work in front of customers you need to be nice, say hi to them and thank them too, this is very easy; so please if you can train her on customer service that will help.ThanksLysiane“

“It's the only branch that can understand what you ordered 😂unfortunately they don't have it .I ordered potatoe edges they didn't have it.I ordered crispy chicken or crispy Turkey sandwiches and the same they didn't have them too. It's place is so useful after a long distance you can't find anything in the road side drive from Montreal to Toronto.“

“I've been coming to this location for years and often I drive out of my way to go here because of the friendly and helpful service I receive from the drive-thru employee Jane. The weekend staff are horrendous in comparison... They don't say a word to you even when you greet them in a friendly way. Jane always has a smile on her face and will often go the extra mile and wish you a great day. Even when it's busy Jane is always there with a smile for customers as they drive through. To me she is the face of this location and the reason I return almost daily. I believe the drive-thru is so busy because of the weekday morning staffs friendly and welcoming service.“

Great people and great service. But we can't be given cold coffee.

I am seeing this a lot in this location.
Please don't be grabbing peoples phones in drive-thru to scan their points cards. You have no idea what people do with their phones or where they are placing them. Then handling next customers food or coffee cups just turns off for people waiting in line behind. For all you know they could be putting their phones in the dirtiest places. If you cannot scan the card after trying twice it's not the end of the world. But spreading their germs and whatever else to next customer is a problem.“

“Tim Hortons is a reliable choice for quick coffee and snacks. Consistently good coffee, fresh donuts, and a variety of sandwiches. Service is usually fast and friendly. It's a great spot for a casual meet-up or a quick bite. Loses a star for sometimes being too busy.“

“Very good, the service is pleasant, very fast and efficient. They are everywhere. The price is very reasonable for the quantity. For a quick breakfast in the morning when you are in a hurry or just on the road this place is perfect for that. In short, it's a quick place, of rather good quality and not too expensive, recommended“

“I go to this timmies every morning almost! The staff is amazing, some know my name and one delight gentleman even knows my order when I get to the speaker. Truly seems like a blast. I haven't had as much luck with the afternoon, evening staff, but the morning crew is top notch!“

“I visited here just now and ordered a medium triple triple but I don’t taste sugar at all.The night shift crew is worse here and show no respect for the customers.I experience this most of the time.They just talk and laugh with their co workers.Would appreciate at least they can give quality food which we pay for.“

“I came in with my driver trainer Brent. He come here quite often and knows most of the staff. It was amazing to see the lady at the counter knew his entire order and had it in the system ready to pay! That attention to detail is amazing. To see her also know others made it feel less like a chain and more like a small mom and pop shop. I’m sorry I don’t know her name as it was my first time but her and her morning staff definitely are special people and deserve recognition for the care they take with customers!“
