“I come to this location due to Angie's exceptional and efficient customer service. I order a variety of breakfast items for work and Angie's and staff make the time to help me load into my vehicle. “It's the only branch that can understand what you ordered 😂unfortunately they don't have it .I ordered potatoe edges they didn't have it.I ordered crispy chicken or crispy Turkey sandwiches and the same they didn't have them too. It's place is so useful after a long distance you can't find anything in the road side drive from Montreal to Toronto.“

“I wanted to recognize Miles for providing some of the best customer service I have ever received at this location.
Last week, there was a small mix-up with my bagel order (it happens!), and I was a little frustrated. However, today, Miles went above and beyond to make it right.
He not only immediately apologized for the previous mistake but also demonstrated genuine care and attention to detail when taking my order today. His warm, sincere apology and proactive approach made me feel valued as a customer.

There is a girl her name is Asma in that location I love the way she service she is very polite and kind, and she always smile to talk with customer, Tim Hortons need such a great and helpful staff in each locations. “I had the pleasure of being served by a highly capable and exeptional cashier. Her name was Aisha.

While taking my order, I requested a small cup with ice. Aisha, did not just put the ice inside the cup. She personalized the service by asking me if I wanted the cup to be filled up or if I need it with less than half. She even asked if a lid was needed to cover the cup.

I shop at this location because the service is great. Manager, Louise is extremely professional. I believe Aisha's service delivery reflects the kind of culture that she promotes there. I remember that about 2 months ago, after placing my order the store realized that an item was just finished. Instead of refunding, manager Louise called up another store within relative proximity to have them serve me the item just to ensure that I got everything I wanted.

THIS KIND OF SERVICE DELIVERY CANNOT BE PAID FOR.

“I came in with my driver trainer Brent. He come here quite often and knows most of the staff. It was amazing to see the lady at the counter knew his entire order and had it in the system ready to pay! That attention to detail is amazing. To see her also know others made it feel less like a chain and more like a small mom and pop shop. I’m sorry I don’t know her name as it was my first time but her and her morning staff definitely are special people and deserve recognition for the care they take with customers!“

“I grabbed a BELT sandwich at this location on a whim, and wow — I’m glad I did! The bacon was crispy without being overcooked, the egg was soft and fluffy, and the addition of tomato and lettuce provided a fresh bite. Everything was held together nicely on a toasted bagel, and it didn’t fall apart like some breakfast sandwiches tend to do.
I am very satisfied with the management for performing their Job.

““I experienced guest service so exceptional it will stay with me. I had asked for a Take12 cappuccino, which wasn’t available, and suddenly found myself unsure of what to order. The young woman assisting me kindly suggested I try a French vanilla cappuccino instead, even offering me a sample when I mentioned I’d never tasted one before. “Quick, plenty of seating, consistent food quality, clean. No complaints. Just be aware the area does have some interesting characters to say the least. A few times there were panhandlers outside that aggressively approach you, im not holding that against the building and businesses but it is something to be aware of as a customer.“

Extremely polite and I had to tell her it’s amazing to see that. She proceeded to say , “ you’ve been waiting in line for so long , you should get taken care of well”.
