“Red Bulb catered a Business Mixer Event we had at Buckingham Manor and it was incredibly well executed.Christine and I planned this weeks in advance. Days prior to the event, she and I kept in touch, so communication was flawless. The day of the event, Christine came in an hour early to ensure the healthy and delicious breakfast spread was set before our guests arrived.The attendees were so impressed and I made sure they knew this was all thanks to Red Bulb Espresso Bar.I look forward to more catering services from them! “Our server was courteous and cheerful. I give her full marks in dealing with our group of 14 people.
The food on the other hand was not as impressive. It may be me but I did see anything eye-catching on the menu and ended up ordering the spaghetti and meatballs. I remember BPs pasta dishes to be much better (I really liked their big lasagna which is no longer on the menu), but the sauce lacked flavour and the cheddar cheese made it seem like some weird Italian-Canadian fusion cuisine that did not work.
We sat in the dining room and there were a lot of TVs playing the Raptors game, so I could look in any direction and see the score. Our section was tight but it was a large group and we would not normally be there with that many people. I am impressed that they were able to accommodate a large group in their regular dining room.
Overall I would go back to watch the game with some buds and have some appies and pops, but I don't think I will go back for the mains.

“Had an amazing and positive experience here. My husband and I were looking at the options and we were greeted by Christine who asked us if we wanted to try the new questo cheese and we loved it! We ordered The Works and we substituted the regular cheese to the questo one. There was also a spinning contest and we won 2 for 1 fries for our next visit. Amazing customer service, quick service and great quality as well! Will definitely visit here again!“

“I first came here for a late night food craving and thanks to the quick and efficient service, I have been back many times since. This location is very clean, the orders are done promptly, and they had my food ready even faster than what they initially told me. The prices can’t be beat.I recommend this location if you’re looking for a quick bite or a late night meal.“

“Open late-night, this place did the job of satisfying late-night food cravings. There wasn't a whole lot of choices for pizza slices around midnight however it tasted fresh. The packaging was well done and the service was acceptable if not lackluster. Pizza Pizza is a choice we all make when there are no choices to make at night so for that fact alone, it does the job adequately.

Vegetarian options: You get veggie slices or event order pizzas made using cauliflower as a Crust base.

“What a pleasure to have such great quality French pastries and delectables here in Markham. Our favourites are the authentic Chaussons au pommes and Gâteau Basques. Delicious!“

“We’ve been regular customers at this location since it’s just a short walk from our home. Being vegetarian and non-alcoholic, we usually enjoy ordering nachos, the artichoke dip, and a Pepsi. Our visits are usually peaceful and pleasant, and we stay for about an hour or so. In the past, we’ve been helped by staff like Alex, Haris, and Rosa, who always made us feel welcome and comfortable.

However, today’s experience was disappointing and quite upsetting. We requested to sit on the sofa side instead of the middle tables, and one of the helpers kindly said it was okay. But then another employee, whose name I will not mention, intervened. She called the other staff member over and appeared visibly displeased about our request. What made it worse was that she then walked over to the main counter and seemed to be discussing us with others — we noticed her constantly looking at our table, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable.

She ended up being the one to serve our food, and her attitude — through both her tone and facial expressions — felt unwelcoming and cold. The experience made us so uneasy that we left within 25 minutes, much earlier than usual, and sadly decided not to return.

As regular patrons, this was very disappointing. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously because one negative interaction can undo months of good service.“

“We were recommended this place by my brother and were so glad we tried them out. I had the Malay Curry with mixed veg and it was delicious (and not spicy which is good cause I'm a whimp). My husband had the Red Thai Curry and he was happy to find it genuinely spicy. We will definitely be going back again

“This is a MUST GO TO Restaurant. I went for breakfast on March 20/23. My experience started with the best service from General Manager Gary Anthony. He was friendly, informative, and fast. The breakfast menu has everything. I love Eggs Bennie. While my style was not on the menu, Gary made it happen anyway. THE BEST EGGS BENNIE EVER! Gary recommended the Banana/Orange/Strawberry juice (it says fresh on the menu). I asked if it was "that grocery store brand" that shall not be named here. He said NO, we made it fresh from real fruit in the blender. It was like a smoothie from heaven. I will return often. While I live about 30 - 40 k from this restaurant (I had an appointment near it that morning) - I will be returning again and often. Next time I'm bringing my wife - She'll love it. Thank you Gary.“
