“Stopped in to get a mozzarella dog before going to the movies and it was delicious!! The dog was so big and there was so much cheese inside that it put to shame any mozza sticks that I’ve ever had! Ate it with a little honey mustard and I honestly almost couldn’t finish it cause I wasn’t expecting it to be so large! The lady working that night was also very friendly! Can’t wait to go back!!“

“This place is awesome. The service is incredible. But the food was even better! The interior of it takes you back to a simpler time. Family owned and operated. The server was the sister of the cook. The coney dogs didn’t stand a chance. Fries were so crunchy and delicious. While there, the folks sitting to the left of me ordered breakfast. I’m definitely coming back just based off of how good their hash browns looked. 10/10. Definitely coming back!“

If you were to lower your prices and speed up service this would be a no brainier.I hate to see good business' fail for silly reasons especially if it's as simple as someone giving them honest feedback.It can be difficult to give good people negative feedback. But it is important to do this, especially if we want to see businesses in our community thriving.“

“The woman who owns it has been there for 15 years. The hot dogs were beautiful and prepared the best I have ever seen. This is far better than a coney Island. My daughter got the nicest veggie dog I've ever seen. Worth the stop right near eastern market.“

“Old school diner with great service and plenty of menu options. Seating was a little tight. We were in a booth and heard the entire conversation on both sides. Food itself was good - everybody got what they wanted - a Coney, a Greek salad with chicken, etc. Seemed like a nice neighborhood place and worth the short walk from Eastern Market.“

“The staff is so kind and welcoming. You can tell this is a place where the regulars are known, and you are a friend as soon as you enter. Good was served quick and hot. Coney dogs were tasty (and on special on Wednesdays!) locations is easy to get to from I94 and plenty of parking. Entrance is from the parking lot!“

“I left Chicago after the taste of the town me and my homegirl drove over 4 hours just for a delicious corn beef sandwich it was the best thing I had ate all weekend. The food is always fresh and good. I absolutely love this place and I visit every time I’m in town. I’m from Toledo so it’s a 1 drive but always worth it. Chicago food has nothing on Detroit.“

“Yummy yummy yummy i drive from Toledo at Least Once A Week to get Food here.It is so damn good. Clean and friendly atmosphere. I also absolutely LOVE the fact that these workers here are kind to the homeless. Ive feed a guy who sits in there occasionally to get warm. Super kind guy minds his own business does not bag or ask for anything but maybe in who I am i'm gonna always offer. Best damn corn beef egg rolls ever.“
