I walked in this tims for the first time today - there must have been 10 employees behind the counter - waited for approx 5 min to be served however no one took my order so walked out and went across the street to mcdonalds.
I visit Tim Hortons every morning, and the experience is always consistent. The coffee tastes great, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly. It’s the perfect way to start my day.
