On our way back to Buffalo,NY we bought coffee and baked items. The Large DD was missing cream and sugar, lemonade tasted awful and chocolate chip cookie looked like someone had a bite.. My husband walked in to have those items fixed but was ballatantly turned away blaming on us.Side note, a couple of times we experienced bad attitude at the drive-thru window around 9 AM in the morning time on Monday and second time around noon on Saturday. Well, I happened to pass by this location and thought of getting a grilled cheese sandwich (toasted) for myself and donuts for kids. The bread was not according to what I had ordered and the donuts appeared to be in irregular shape, as I thought they should be. Customers DO NOT take rude-behaviours or frowny faces as if they are fed up of working there.
