“I’ve walked by here for months, and eventually tried the PB&J yogurt cup. I couldn’t resist after that and now I am a regular. I learned who Mona is …..she is the owner! and every tip I’ve given is actually hers.

She has recommended a famous and popular maple cup, and has so many fresh options and substitutes. It is very much worth the price to eat something fresh, locally sourced and made, right in the morning to start my day. And of course, I get to support Mona!

We go eating out in different restaurants and middle places 3-5 times a week. We tried different places, poulet rough is one of the best for bowls with rise and chicken and this one at the same place.

Our experience with mad radish specifically here:
Portion is not as big as you would expect, but it’s more than enough for 1 person.

They have everything for nature, like compostable utensils, cups etc. which is not cheap and by this you support nature

Quality of ingredients is top

“Dr Goldfield is a genius. We both stayed in the Amazon jungle together for 7 nights and we had nothing but the clothes on our backs. He took on tarantulas, scorpions and snakes.we were at desperation until he swam butt naked 17 miles up the Amazon river to get help. Absolute genius“

“I will start by thanking the head chef for managing this space everyday for such a high traffic and always serving fresh, twice a day! The place offers so many options for breakfast until 11am, lunch after and manages to close by 4 pm. They always provide fresh food, healthy options and salute to the chef for incorporating all kinds of food options for vegans, vegetarian and meat eaters. The salads and pasta are great. There are live counters for sandwiches, pasta, soup and more.

Food options label clearly of veg/ non- veg and vegan.

Two points of improvement- there is a great opportunity to experiment with an item or two for vegetarians. You can try studying and analysing the market demographics and offer a few items for the target audience. Advantage is: there are no nearby restaurants that offer good, healthy food - a food that people really want to eat and enjoy on a bad day at work.

Second - live counter for sandwiches uses same griddle for heating veg and non-veg options.

Everything I’ve ordered has been consistently fresh, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. The staff are always friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming with a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment. I tend to order more than I ever would with selective items sales, especially if I wish to take advantage of their free shipping option, which is good. Plus, I might hold off ordering from elsewhere if I knew earlier when such a promotion was coming. . . . Their shipping is done in a expeditious manner. Their prices are competitive. Although I wish they would promote more overtly meeting a competitor's price, for in all likelihood, I would order more from them when I purchase a set of items -- rather than order some from them and other identical, but cheaper products, even with discounts, from another supplier. And some of those suppliers have sale prices as well. Overall, in summary, they are an healthy choice as a source for health enhancement products, and they deserve a thumb's up.“

I must say, this is the best gluten-free and vegan spot I've tried here, especially for the coffee. I ordered a mocha, and it was the best cafe mocha I've ever had. Made with real dark chocolate, it had that distinct bitter taste, complemented by coconut cream and a splash of maple syrup, along with some added spices—it was amazing. We also had steel-cut oats and a chocolate muffin. The muffin was delicious, not overly sweet, gluten-free, and vegan. If you're ever in Downtown Toronto, check this place out; you'll love it.

“As a fellow customer at this Freshii, a woman who previously wrote a review is false. The woman she was referencing was indeed pregnant. However the man working at the store, calmly explained that she would have to pay for the protein as they don't have the authority to return the full money. Hence, they suggested for the woman to get a refund and pay for a new one. Which in my opinion is fair. However, she made a fuss about it. She demanded for a full refund and not paying for the other bowl, espically when the woman heard the employee says it is raw in the first place when ordering. Yet, she got angry and yelled racial slurs at the employee and called him names that are not appropriate to write on this review. The employee kindly refused service as it their right after GIVING A REFUND! That is what is meant to be done. I saw the woman later call her boyfriend who later slapped the employee before leaving. The employees called the police as they should! I am a regular at this freshii and have had a pleasant experience everytime. For people that left reviews when not knowing the full story, while I was here the full time - must not do things that harms ones business.
