Lately in some branches the chicken smells bad, they should pay attention to how long they keep it it was my favorite and the mashed potatoes, but now it leaves a lot to be desired.
Purchased 4 chicken sandwiches litterally about 30 minutes ago and service was fine but just when I was about to take my last bite of my sandwich a piece of mouse or rat poo fell out of my sandwich and I feel really disgusted right now. I took a few close up pics and pretty certain it is mouse poo ??. Eventhough I will never eat popeyes again I would like management or corporate to contact me please.

Absolutely disgusting! This location needs to be shut down, every time myself or people i know order here the chicken is always undercooked and smells horrible. Multiple people have gotten sick from their food, it needs to stop.
