“Either we or they missed up our order, but there was no fuss and only kindness when we called them and explained our issue. I went into the store and spoke with the General Manager Octa. He was professional, kind, and understanding and met our needs immediately.

“Just made my day, had a coupon that didn't do what it said (thought it was my free birthday blizzard). This was something I was really looking forward to and was upset and was about to leave and they checker took care of it. Made my whole day, I am going into surgery tomorrow morning to remove my stomach for medical complications and may never have a blizzard again. I was so shocked I forgot to get the name, but I hope they read this and know you made me feel better on incredibly difficult day.“

“It's a typical Five Guys. Good burgers, good fries, clean restaurant, and friendly staff but nothing over the top. Yeah, we'll go here again, but not often. The price is high for what you're getting and there really isn't anything that makes it "that" much better.“
